Since 1998, Cimientos has carried out the School Scholarship Program, through which it aims to achieve the permanence of economically-disadvantaged students within the formal education system and to improve the overall learning process for them and their peers. 

The School Scholarship Program provides students with financial assistance in the form of annual scholarships, personalized mentoring and creates a forum for participants to discuss their experiences so that they can excel in school. It also aims to achieve the permanence of students from low income families in the formal education system, and to improve the overall learning process. Upon completion of the School Scholarship Program, students become part of the Cimientos Graduate Network, where they receive complementary information regarding useful resources such as job training workshops and scholarship options.
